This Privacy Policy explains how Digital Biz Agent ("DigitalBizAgent," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our AI content-automation service (the "Service") at digitalbizagent.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

2. Information We Collect
Account information
- Your email address and a password. Passwords are handled securely by our authentication provider; we do not store your plaintext password.
Business profile you provide
- Business name, website, industry, products/services, brand voice, target audience, marketing goals, content topics, and keywords.
- The social platforms and handles you want content created for.
Content and usage data
- The AI-generated content and images created for you, your credit balance and transaction history, and records of your generation activity.
Payment information
- When you purchase a plan or credits, payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number; we may retain limited billing records (e.g., amount, date, last four digits).
Automatically collected
- Cookies and similar technologies, device/browser information, and basic usage analytics to operate and improve the Service.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To generate blog posts, social media content, and images on your behalf based on the business information you provide.
- To create and manage your account, track your credit balance, and process payments.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service and provide customer support.
- With your consent, to send you promotions, event invitations, product updates, and to contact you about future content and offerings.
4. Your Consent
When you sign up, we ask for:
- Required: your agreement that we may use your business information to generate content on your behalf. This is necessary to provide the Service.
- Optional: your agreement to receive marketing, promotions, event invites, and future-content outreach. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by emailing us.
5. Third-Party AI & Service Providers
To deliver the Service, we share only the information necessary with trusted providers who process data on our behalf:

6. AI-Generated Content
Content and images produced by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence. AI output may occasionally be inaccurate, generic, or require editing. You are responsible for reviewing all content before it is published, and for ensuring it is accurate and appropriate for your business. Subject to your payment and these terms, the content created for you is yours to use.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
- We retain your account and content data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, or deletion of your entire account, by emailing contact@digitalbizagent.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to legal and record-keeping obligations.
8. Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of marketing or the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell it). To exercise any right, email us at contact@digitalbizagent.com.
10. Children
The Service is intended for businesses and users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new effective date and version above, and material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice.
